📥 1. How do I receive my sewing pattern after purchase?

After your purchase is completed, you will receive an instant download link for your PDF sewing pattern. The link will be sent to your email and will also be available on the order confirmation page.

🧾 2. What format are your sewing patterns in?

All SewMint patterns are provided as digital PDF files. You can easily download them and print them at home or at a local print shop.

🖨 3. Can I print the patterns at home?

Yes! Our sewing patterns are designed to be printer-friendly. Most patterns can be printed on standard US Letter or A4 paper and assembled using simple guidelines.

🧵 4. Are your sewing patterns suitable for beginners?

Many of our patterns are beginner-friendly and include clear instructions, diagrams, and step-by-step guidance. Skill levels are usually mentioned in the product description.

⏱ 5. When will I receive my download?

Your sewing pattern will be available immediately after payment is completed. You can download it right away and start your sewing project.

🧵 11. How to Check Your Order and Download Your Files via Chat

Step 1: Click on the “Chat” icon on the website (see Picture 1).

Step 2: Select “Track my order” from the chat options (see Picture 2).

Step 3: Choose “Enter order information” (see Picture 3).

Step 4: Enter your Order Number and the email address used at checkout, then click “Track my order” (see Picture 4).

Step 5: After submitting your details, the system will display your order status and provide a link to your order page (see Picture 5).

👉 Click the link in the chat to open your order status page, where you’ll find your download link for the purchased files.
